My OP15 Deck Lists: egmanevents.com/one-piece-op15… I haven't played 200 Games this meta yet but I can already tell that not correcting the Borsa/Re-Quasar interaction will cause OP15 to feel stale quickly. Yellow Luffy is super strong/I felt like I was watching the games happen. U/Y Ace is probably the best it has ever been and the new Rush Luffy has been really fun to test in the deck.
