@DanielDiazNF @KIReports I would argue that if serum is PLA2R negative, it doesn't matter if the tissue is PLA2R+, as PLA2R-assoc MN can still be associated with malignancy, hep B/C, sarcoidosis, etc.

The PLA2R paradox ▫️ ↑ serum antibody levels do not always correspond to detectable PLA2R antigen by immunohistochemistry ▫️Repeating staining with antibodies that recognize distinct PLA2R domains can improve detection ▫️Mass spectrometry: definitive diagnosis
