I accompanied a male friend to visit his fiancée’s parents in Rivers State for their marriage introduction. The first thing, the guy was told to do is to present one life big goat to the family for damages done to the girl. I ask the guy quietly, she get belle..my friend said NO. I ask again, na you disvirgin her, he said no...ppl don come and go I now ask will you pay this goat, he said yes na...na their culture, as na me chop her last..I go pay for all the damages. That he is aware. He paid the goat for damages done to the girl.

@ThaBoyYom Yes, I think men do it more. But women do it most times to see if you blocked them. Them go sharply block you because you ‘did/said/moved stupid’ to them (however justifiable). In the same way, they expect to be blocked when they do something stupid.
