Right now it most assuredly is. Top five every year in attendance, Sweet 16 and Elite 8 in past three years, lots of money to pay players in NIL era. If Rick Barnes were to retire, most coaches would consider Tennessee a top ten job. Even Cuonzo went to the Sweet 16.
