My final commute yesterday after 15 yrs @uniofleicester I've taken voluntary redundancy to write more books & changemake. Meanwhile Higher Ed. is in crisis, my colleagues' jobs are at risk. Has the nation noticed this silent decimation of our most prestigious uk sector?

Our daughter was entranced by @DanielTrivedy 's cheeky tiger who interrogated #Clive's contentious legacy. Though he may have been trounced by the peacock on the ramparts who waved us off.
