@AnfieldPapers@SkySportPL Winning to Fulham, and getting a win in the last minute with Everton is considered a healthy form for Liverpool? Sky have to be kidding me
[🟢] NEW: Arne Slot was set to get sacked from Liverpool if he was unable to get UCL qualification.
Following Liverpools healthy form and Chelsea’s dip in form, he is set to stay with contract renewal talks underway.

Diomande is naturally a left winger, and even though he’s been used on the right this season, it’s not his preferred position, so using him to replace Mohamed Salah on the right already feels like forcing a fit.
And if you move him to the left instead, you run into another problem. You’d have him and Rio Ngumoha, both under 20 and only about a year apart basically developing at the same time with no real experience around them.
That’s why Barcola makes more sense. He’s already performing at a high level with PSG and gives Rio someone experienced to learn under. Instead of two young players learning side by side Rio develops under someone who already understands the top level.
And if Barcola and Diomande are around the same price anyway it’s an easy decision especially with reports of PSG being open to a sale because there’s no progression on Barcola contract. On top of that Fabrizio Romano said last summer that Liverpool were huge fans of Barcola and would’ve moved for him if the Isak deal didn’t happen.
Then on the right go all in and properly replace Salah with Michael Olise. Barcola plus Olise is just a more complete balanced rebuild.

Liverpool in pole position to get Champions League football next season, however it’s not over especially with how our season has gone and Chelsea will probably sack Rosenior so that could be a bounce for them. Brighton on a good run too.
@LFC4Life0 Why do you think Klopp wants to come back to coaching? He literally said in his last podcast that he is the happiest man alive right now where he is, enjoying his holidays and family. There is no way he will change that for Real Madrid
@ThisWeeb3@6thiagoat Liverpool FC is too big to make this decisions in hurry. As I said, Slot can get the CL qualification. After that they will move on
@DanielTzku@6thiagoat Oh so chances are he knows the performance in the last 6 games where the final straw and he's failed there and he hasn't been told anything since, I really hope we get Alonso I don't even want to imagine another season with arne
@ThisWeeb3@6thiagoat It’s my opinion based on the interview of Arne where he said this: “I hope and I assume that if I leave, and whenever that might be, people remember me for the fact that we won the league in my time over here, but that I also played a big part in creating a new cycle.”
@BomaniaXNexus@WilsonCoxLFC It’s true what he said. What is the point of saying : “but that I also played a big part in creating a new cycle” when you will be the manager of LFC… or will he👀👀👀

Despite reports suggesting otherwise, no decision has yet been made regarding Arne Slot’s future at Liverpool.
The only confirmed information is that an end-of-season review will take place to determine whether he stays or leaves.
@ThisWeeb3@6thiagoat My brotha, I think they already made their decision to let him go. They are backing him publicly to maintain Slot’s reputation. At the end of the season he will leave as a PL winner in first season, and CL qualification in his second.
With Champions League football looking increasingly likely, we all need to accept that Arne Slot is staying as Liverpool manager next season.
Whether you agree with it or not, we all have to get behind the decision and hope he can turn it around. We need a very busy summer.
Slot will leave the club at the end of the season by mutual agreement. That would protect his reputation and help LFC complete their transition. Slot would remain a PL winning coach, with CL qualification in his second season, and the club would move one to to the next manager
Arne Slot: “I hope and I assume that if I leave, and whenever that might be, people remember me for the fact that we won the league in my time over here, but that I also played a big part in creating a new cycle.”
@twinuw12@AnfieldEdition He did. The players were very motivated and ready to get it done. It went smoothly, but now when everything is bad, he can’t get it done. Still much respect to Slot
