At some point I want Gege to tell us exactly what the black eyes do.. I assume it's just some passive sorcery or body mutation. Like the Six Eyes or Miwa's hair. A lesser, more common one.. Tell me what Miwa's hair does too for that matter lol. #JujutsuKaisen #JJK

@ShadzMangaOnly @jateakwood I’d agree with the other guy that it’s probably just cos it looks cool. Dragonball has the same thing with Buu and Jiren. Also, there’s no real rhyme or reason to the characters that have it in JJK. Toji had it once reincarnated but then so did Ogi and he wasn’t.

@LordWayOver @broskiFGC Tbh, I’m fine with most of the character adjustments. For me the bigger issue is that the system mechanics didn’t get touched at all. All the drive rush and throw loop wishes in the bin.

@broskiFGC I really want to learn what changed from being such a menace that he needed to get kneecapped twice to Ryu reaching s1 luke levels and being arguably better and leaving every patch scot free.

@broskiFGC To be fair, it's not the Season 4 patch, its not a "Ver." patch, just a mid season one. Though I don't think it necessarily means we'll get much more in the incoming season patch.

After 30 minutes with Alex: Too much work when other characters can do the same work with 1/3rd of the inputs, too much stuff that could go wrong in a high stakes match :( Guess I should just go full on with Bison or learn modern Lily who is criminal now

@AryaTayebi @thisislijoe You may have misread the notes but drive rush overhead is still +1 OB. Its never been +3. They just made it consistent across all characters and added pushback so you dont get a throw mix off of it.

@thisislijoe Pretty conservative overall. Top tiers slightly weaker, other characters slightly buffered, drive rush to overhead now -1 instead of +3.

Can someone break down the sf6 changes for me? I’m in the middle of making chopsticks in Kyoto

Tekken is changing too much, but SF6 is changing too little which is also a problem. Capcom have refused to touch the 2 biggest things people have been complaining about for 3 years - throw loops and drive rush. And even with the individual adjustments, some characters have barely changed from release, eg Lily. Thats not good for the games longetivity.

@LotusAsakura No, He over exadurates. Tekken is in hell because it doesn't know what to do with itself. Sf is not in hell because it knows not to take things too far just yet especially since its season 3 is not over.

Wait… Yuji going to Gojo’s storehouse to meet Panda actually changes everything. In Chapter 23 he said he’ll create a deterrent for future generations once cursed energy is erased. Meaning no real sorcerers anymore. And this ties back to something people forgot. That whole cursed corpse plotline just… vanished in OG JJK. But now it clicks. Yaga cracked artificial life. And the higher-ups killed Yaga because You can make an army. Now look at Yuji’s plan. Self-sustaining guardians that eliminate the few remaining spirits without creating more negativity.

It's funny how some characters are balanced with intense care, and obvious strengths and weaknesses. Then you have ed mai jp ryu blanka terry with every tool you can think of, low risk/high reward with little to no weaknesses. Like having Akuma power level but without the 9000 health 🤣

What’s crazy about all this is he can do all that and they all whiff, then randomly press st hp and it hits and he wins the round Ryu’s design at the moment is very wrong and very uninteresting to play against
