China just unveiled a colossal 1 trillion RMB (!) national VC fund dubbed a “carrier-class” initiative specifically targeting AI, quantum computing, hydrogen energy, bio-manufacturing, 6G, etc. According to the NDRC chief, the fund will take a “patient capital” approach, focusing on early-stage innovations and providing long-term financial support.

It's funny how they've got this the exact opposite way around.
Almost all Ukraine supporters support Ukraine out of principle. On the other hand, most of the anti-Ukraine people in the West are only anti-Ukraine because liberals are pro-Ukraine.
