@royalairmaroc I took a trip with my family back to the US last August. When we arrived at JFK we ended up missing our connecting flight due to issues with the boarding passes that were given to us in Casablanca. Not jet blue or RAM wanted to assist us in getting on other flight.

@royalairmaroc we ended up paying 2000 dollars to get new tickets and spend the night in NY. I filed a claim and 5 months later I am still getting the same message that someone will contact me. No sense of urgency to make this right. Do I want to fly with you again?

@Danielairmaroc Please also be aware that the bag I checked in Tangier on 1/20/24 with RAM is also missing. My last connection was with British Airways and I have filed a claim there. The RAM tag is 147AT741733. Appreciate any assistance you can provide tracing this bag also. Thanks.
