Hate to say it, but thats also a skill issue Not even trying to be offensive If you sell clothing, get into contact with the supplier, and tell them you dont wanna sell chinese size chart clothing, most will help if you are somewhat serious And regarding products being bullshit Thats either a product research skill issue Or a supplier skill issue Or a money issue from you since you probably opted for the cheap version of the product Nearly every chinese product has multiple factories, and that also means different quality standards If your supplier doesnt do quality testing for you, he‘s simply not a good supplier

the ecom space is so filthy that just by having basic morals you stand out like a black guy in kazakhstan i'm not even exaggerating the amount of blackhat BS happening right now is insane and nobody talks about it because everyone's either doing it or selling courses on how to do it here's what's actually happening behind the scenes (i've seen all of this) people running fake subscription scams auto-billing customers for "premium netflix access" or "exclusive streaming" that doesn't exist, just charging $29.99/month until someone notices brands making old people call 3 different phone numbers just to cancel a subscription, putting them through 45 minute hold times (they'll just quit), transferring them between departments that don't exist supplement companies selling literal placebo pills with zero active ingredients, just rice flour in capsules marketed as "cognitive enhancement" or "metabolism boosters" 17 year olds hitting one $10k black friday at 3% margin with a greyhat funnel 3 years ago then immediately launching a $1997 course called "how i make $10k/day in ecom" when they've never hit that number again stores taking orders with zero intention of shipping, just collecting money until stripe shuts them down, then opening new accounts and doing it again the bar is so low that if you just: - actually ship products - don't scam people into subscriptions - sell products that actually do what you claim - have a phone number that works - process refunds without making it impossible you're already in the top 1% of ethical ecom operators but the other 99% conditioned the market to expect disappointment that's one of the biggest reasons why trust is at an all time low and CPC at an all time high plus, the worst part is how much more money these LARPing grifters make compared to ethical operators however, it's short-lived fake supplement brand with placebo pills? 8-12% conversion rate because the marketing is fire and customers can't immediately tell it doesn't work real supplement brand with actual ingredients? 2-4% conversion rate because you're competing honestly but here's what the scammers don't tell you: their store dies in 6-12 months chargebacks, stripe bans, reputation death, customer acquisition costs skyrocket because nobody trusts them meanwhile ethical brands compound, customers come back, referrals happen, you can actually scale without looking over your shoulder i've watched dozens of blackhat operators print $500k in 6 months then disappear completely and i've watched ethical operators slowly build to $100k/month and maintain it for years different games, different outcomes what comes fast goes fast never forget - amin

What do taxes have to do with profit There is only one thing that actually counts somewhat as an expense which is VAT. Yea vat is 20% of revenue, but ads are also more than 20% cheaper than in usa etc. even more cheaper. So yea. Still skill issue. When I ran germany, i had 40% margins net after vat
