I've had it with Republicans and their "pro-life" hypocrisy. They're "pro-life" until children are born & need things to live. They're "pro-life" until needed to wear masks in a pandemic. They're "pro-life" until they want to sacrifice seniors to covid for the economy.

@piper4missouri Wow do I feel this. I'm a D in Indiana and it has become exhausting. We no longer all exist in the same realm of reality. There are cracks emerging in the red wall of misinformation, just not enough. I'm so tired, but the fight goes on for as long as it must.

An abortion ban will result in more men committing murder. This isn't hysteria or a false panic. It's an objective truth. Homicide is the number 1 cause of death for pregnant women. Boyfriends and husbands who don't want to have a baby will take matters into their own hands.

@caslernoel Our PP here had to close down bc of harassment & violence. This location never performed a single abortion but it didn't stop the fanatics from stalking an RN and showing up at her kids schools to harass & threaten her. These people are dangerous sociopaths.

I’m glad Rachel Maddow pointed out the legacy of terror by the ‘pro-life’ movement. It was and is a fundamentalist organization, run by extremist, anti-science men and indoctrinated women designed to rule others with brutality & violence.

The way I see it, we have two paths for handling this dystopian nightmare. Democrats start acting with a sense of goddamn urgency and do whatever it takes it restore our bodily autonomy... Or... The uterus owners of America can burn this motherfucker to the ground. #RoeVWade

We're not a democracy. The US is actively committing human rights abuses against our own people. If we were any other country, we'd face consequences from the international community for it.

@DanielleAmes10 @axios Nope they are approved by FDA for this reason. It is safer than Tylenol. I give my patients a prescription during their yearly physical and family planning appointment. That way they have it if a mistake is made. I tell her how to use it then make appt for week after as follow up

@idesignecourses @axios Yeah that scares the hell out of me too. Women grieving babies they wanted now also will endure insane scrutiny and even criminal liability. It's a modern day witch trial and it will explode into tragedy after tragedy.

@idesignecourses @axios Nope, they do not have to tell the medical team they took anything. Doctors will treat an abortion the same way they would a miscarriage. There is no medical difference between a natural miscarriage and an abortion.

@DrScottHadland My teenager told me she wants a tubal ligation today. That's how terrified young women and girls are now. They're willing to make decisions they should have to make, out of fear of losing the ability to choose anything at all.

The people didn't vote for 6 conservative justices to have unilateral authority over our rights. The majority didn't even choose the people who appointed them.

Now feels like a good time to revisit expanding the court and implementing term limits for justices.
