Ways to get listed: 1) You are a company we know and like already. We always pick up new things to try. Send an email to let us know. 2) You are a new company but we’ve seen a sample and we liked it. Especially if it is priced right. Otherwise we might pick it up on a whim if it seems marketable or fills a niche we have.

@CalyxTrichomes Really frustrating when reps come in and ask what of their products I carry when it would take them 2 seconds to check themselves before they come in

LP Rep boot camp day 2: Check to see if we already stock your inventory. A 1 second search will let you know if we are already a customer. We often get reps come in “Have you heard about xyz?” Uh, yeah man we have the entire line up. This will help you redirect your pitch (talk about new stuff, get feedback about a lot, etc) instead of telling me about something we already know.

The customer asking for highest THC doesn’t want to hear an explanation about why that’s not the most important thing, their mind is already made up before they walk in the door. It would be foolish to not cater to both types of consumers as a business.
