With the increasing chaos in the world, don’t you think it’s high time we grew up and learned how to align our lives with the true law, so we can live in peace and harmony? This FREE mini course with Greg Paul is a great place to start ⬇️ tinyurl.com/7LawLessons

As I am writing my memoir I continue to reflect on all that happened in my life between 2003-2005. For example, I've always been a vocalist and punk and metal bands. Playing music is all I ever really wanted in my young life. I didn't have dreams of college or a trade, just music. After I graduated highschool, the band I was in (Through Broken Glass) started to get some traction locally and in the burgeoning internet space for music. In 2004 we were one of the early artists who were signed by a small independent record label via MySpace. This was the dream come true. I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately, as 2004 went on and I slipped further into drinking, taking X several times a week, etc the band began to suffer. By early 2005, myself and my friend/bassist in the band were both getting hooked on hard drugs. While he struggled with cocaine I was getting hooked on meth. Eventually, this was too much for him and he chose to move away in the hopes of starting a new life. (He succeeded!) The band and I figured we could get a new bass player and continue on. However, the label learned of the situation and decided to drop us as we weren't worth the risk. This was such a huge blow and I know it contributed to me feeling even more down on myself and slipping further into drug use. I'd almost forgotten about this experience. Who knows where it could have lead. Maybe nowhere. Maybe to my dreams. Either way, I know it was meant to be so I could find myself exactly where I am now. I can't wait to share more of these stories.

In a speech I just gave at @TheFreedomFest, I reveal the conditions I went through in federal prison. You need to know what's being done in your name behind locked doors.

On Sunday I had two important ego checks: A little background - I was on tour opening up for Prezence and DubFX. Dub has been an inspiration for more than a decade, and Prezence and I have become close friends the last couple years. Dub was allowing me and Prezence to jump on one of his tracks and do a verse. A huge blessing. So, first, I was sitting in the car talking with Miriam and explaining to her that I was not sure if the verse I was rapping on Dub's song was working. I'd already done it twice but felt like I was rushing and it wasnt fitting perfect. Miriam subtly suggested I try something new, a different verse from one of my other songs. My first instinct was to get grumpy. My ego was starting to feel offended. I heard him shout "Who the fuck is she?!?! What does she know about my songs or music?!" I didn't say any of this out loud. I did say, please speak up. If you have something to say, just say it. I reminded her I value her opinion above anyone else and if she has doubts, I have doubts. This time she said it more clearly, letting me know that she thought I could do better with a different verse that would flow easier. She suggested Reflection. I sat quietly for several minutes. After I tended to my ego and let him know that all was well, I started to practice the lyrics to Reflection in my head. Miriam was right. It would fit better. I turned on the music and practiced in the car with her. I later told Dub I was going to try something new based on Miriam's suggestion. He was stoked about it. Second ego check - The time comes for me to jump on stage and do the verse. There were 500 plus people in the area of the stage, the crowd was bouncing, the music was booming, and I was ready. When Dub called me out I started to do my verse when multiple things happened - feedback from the monitor which momentarily through me off, and then I went completely blank about half way through the verse, especially because I had just made the change hours before. Ouch. I laughed it off and tried to recover but I couldn't remember my words. I thanked Dub and started to walk off the stage but him (and the crowd) insisted I do it again. Of course I did. I hit the verse again and sailed through it perfectly, and the crowd went wild. Of course, this did not feel good to stumble for a moment in front of the biggest crowd I've performed in thus far. My heart sank for a moment. But I didn't let this stop me. I did it again and succeeded. Both of these moments checked my ego and humbled me. These sorts of things are good for the soul from time to time. Now, I am ready to rise even higher and not allow these mistakes or ego reactions to slow me down or impede my success.

Ten years ago to the day, I was sentenced to die in prison. Instead I gave my first public speech in freedom. I wore a red tie as an homage to @realDonaldTrump, the man who saved my life.

Last week I joined a panel hosted by the Independent Media Alliance to talk about the rise of artificial intelligence—its growing role in research, and the dangers of using it without discernment. I’ve been resistant to AI, and for good reason. But during the conversation, I posed a question we all need to ask: Is there a conscious way to use this technology? Can we use it to sharpen our skills and stay grounded in truth, rather than outsource our thinking? Watch the full panel to hear both the concerns and the potential: above.sh/2RsUZG

And this is why after years or real combat — I have zero PTSD. I strongly think this is due to long walks in the sunshine in the Himalaya. Just walked it out and cast it off and said goodbye. I walked for weeks at a time. Also, this is incredibly important time for thinking. There is much knowledge in every mind but we mostly do not have time to sort through and arrange these knowledges. Very long walks allow me to take what I already ‘know’ and arrange it into more usable forms. I read a lot of books and travel extensively but the walks or even just quiet time in a forest or desert is magic time. Sometimes you gotta just be quiet. Very quiet. Walk. Enjoy being alive. And when you are ready, start rummaging through your knowledge and memories and see what comes out. Just be quiet and walk. No headphones. Zero outside input other than Mother Nature. @drmarkhyman

We Are on the Ground Tracking the Invasion of Europe - What We Have Discovered Is Shocking Beyond Belief. Every day, hordes of military-aged men are flown to the European continent and are subsequently given free housing, education, a monthly stipend, and more. We were nearly arrested for daring to film and ask questions of the group pictured below. After many weeks following the alien trail from Africa into Europe, we can confirm that the invasion of Europe is even worse than the invasion of the United States. The men entering Europe are wholly incompatible with Western society. If you walk or drive past them, you will be aggressively stared down. If you dare to film them in public, you will be attacked (we were attacked in front of the Eiffel Tower for just this). If you try to engage with them using a translator app, you will quickly discover that many cannot even read. On top of all this, European governments treat as criminals the patriotic men and women who try to expose and stop this replacement migration operation. The footage we have obtained is unlike anything the great people of Europe have yet seen. Much more to come. Stay tuned.
