@fodor Me permito distracciones sin forzarme a mantener el foco continuo. En la practica: 1-2 horas de foco MUY intenso y 1 hora de distracciones/descanso mental entre medias. En mi experiencia el outcome al final del día es mejor que 8 horas “trabajando” en una oficina.
