@DanikaJaster Let them play, create, and explore. :) Play-based and student-inquiry based EC and elementary classroom models (through 8 years old) have a tremendous amount of oral language. Using NAEYC DAP statements for sources on this in an upcoming training if you need citations.

#DayAfterSpringBreak 💜 Allow plenty of time to talk in partners/groups. They will want time to catch up! 💜 Play some quiet music and extend independent reading time. They will be tired, so let them relax w/ a book! 💜Let them creatively draw. Let them free write.
