LFC summer transfer prio: GK: low (if Ali stays) RB: high RCB: low (if konate stays if not med) LCB: high LB: low (if we keep Tsimi as number 2) DM6: high DM8: low RW: high AM: low LW: lowish ST: a loan maybe or academy. Need an extra LCB if Alonso comes with 3atb.

Apart from Isak injury at Spurs...i think a lot of our injuries this season have come from the fact our players are clearly not fit. The amount of hamstrings and muscle injuries has been pathetic.

@AnfieldEdition 9 months is bare min. Kimpebe been out for 400+ days with same injury

First and foremost I’m completely gutted for Ekitike. That’s a World Cup and potentially a large part of next season gone just like that. Wish him a speedy recovery. But in terms of Liverpool, what is the plan for these final 6 games? Gakpo and Isak to rotate? In terms of next season, are we now forced into signing a no.9? Signing a winger who is flexible across the front 3 perhaps?

Transitioning from Trent and Robbo to Frimpong and Kerkez is a big decline. These two are average at best.

So we need X2 CBs, a RB, a 6 to play alongside Szobo and a RW. That's bare min. That's with trust Rio as LW main. Questions still on kerkez and marma. The only players that haven't declined or I can see being good/are good enough are Szobo as an 8/6, Wirtz as a 10 and Isak.

@MattBrownrigg20 Wirtz is not being played correctly. He's way better for Germany because he's played correctly. He was way better for Alonso because he was played correctly. Cueball has no idea. Harvey however we actually have missed him and I think he could've bailed out the RW form situation.

@KRSLFC20 Yes but it would be a valid point if they didn't have this many shots on target and a goal up, as deflected as it was. We are woeful at defending, we have no midfield presence we shouldn't sit back and try to keep them out, we should be making them respond to us.

@Danimal_Media I get what you’re saying but sometimes you have to admit the other team are better attacking wise and pretty much everything else wise and you have to do what you gotta do matey.

Impressive from LFC and Slot, an actual game plan which would have worked flawlessly had the ball not deflected. Unlucky 1st half imo but we keep it 1-0 and maybe Anfield can work its magic.
