The CBN has a consumer complaint system. If your bank refuses to reverse a failed transaction, ignores your complaint, or keeps deducting unauthorized charges, you can escalate it to the Central Bank of Nigeria. Most Nigerians don’t know this exists. Most banks are counting on that. First, report the issue to your bank. If they fail to resolve it within the allowed timeframe, escalate it to the CBN Consumer Protection Department. Official guide: CBN Complaint Lodgement Guide...the link in the cs Screenshot this. @Dankoko12 @smartnakamoura For how long now?? CBN doesn't entertain face to face complaints,it's electronically. Attach the acknowledged copy of your complaint to your bank in your email to CBN. Like I said they respond but not swiftly.

@nsikannicholas @smartnakamoura I sent a complaint and it was not responded and I visited a branch of CBN in one of the States and the security at the entrance refused to allow me access into the bank and their reason is that I am not from any commercial bank .

I boarded this Ezenwata bus from Kaduna to Oyo. The trip that was supposed to start at 3pm started at 10pm. We got to Oyo at 1pm on Thursday. Before alighting from the bus, I was shouting "I have a box in the trunk. Same way I was asking them to drop me at my stop but the driver refused and dropped me where he liked. After I came down, the bus started moving, I quickly ran to the driver's side and tap (in case he didn't hear that I have a box). The bus driver insulted my ancestors. I decided to take a picture of him because I would report him. He charged at me to beat me and I quickly picked a stick to defend myself in case he truly attacked. After carrying my box, this driver reversed to knock me down. I couldn't snap him but he was wearing a black glass. He is black with a mark on his face. I don't know Ezenwata's customer support. But they need to stop hiring touts for drivers.
