@Danny40906984 @jacobncm I've said so many times.The longer it takes to get out of this div, the crowds will slowly reduce.I cannot bear the thought of 3K gates that I stood in in the late 80's And that's what will happen in time if we stagnate.Such effort went into getting the gates we take for granted.

i think pato is giving it a right go with a fairly limited squad, but we won’t get over the line until we address our meta issues of three years - the farcical stream of injuries, the rubbish january windows and turning to jelly any time we have a sniff of the top three

@jacobncm @sdbanotts Last 3 Januarys we have been in a great position to push on with 2/3 key signings needed for the now moment. But all we have done is sign unproven players who are not ready, and added nothing to help us push on for promotion. We also never have our squad in place at start

@sdbanotts @jacobncm Yep same seen us in top flight as well, just really can’t understand what our owners want?? Will never forget the fact for taking us on and getting us back up in the league, but god it’s just going through the motions like you say competitive budget, need to go for it

@Danny40906984 @jacobncm Me neither. In my head we are still a big club as I was lucky enough to begin my introduction to Notts in the top flight way back. Gates like ours surely mean we have a few quid more then most in this div to buy the best..but no the budget is always deemed 'competitive'..erm ok

@sdbanotts @jacobncm Not really sure what the owners plan is?? We treat ourselves like a small club, yet we are the biggest in this shite league, if we had shown some ambition is the last 3 jan transfer windows we would have gone up! Kept bass n mcgoldrick would have gone up!

@jacobncm It's as simple as this. Selling the best players. Or letting the best go and doing things without stretching ourselves financially seldom reaps rewards. It's the same every season since we got back up.

The worst performance under Martin Paterson so far. Deeply, deeply embarrassing from start to finish. Most of them need to take a hard look at themselves and ask not only was that good enough, but how they think playing so disrespectfully like that is acceptable. It’s not. 👍

Chance to go ahead of Cambridge and put the pressure on … chance missed. Likely a 5 point lead to chase now. Same story as last season and it’s so boring imo. Got into a nasty habit of relying on other teams rather than taking the initiative.
