What we are doing is testing this in a ward who are keen to change and use the personal experience to encourage future change elsewhere! The tech is simple and transferable 😁

My physio background lends well to my role as QIF. Our problem solving approach can really help support flow. We understand the whole patient journey. Currently using Kaizen approach @nhsborders - go to the floor. Staff have the ideas and we can support MDTs to unlock solutions
