@dannycarrollky Law enforcement deserves protection provided by the Commonwealth against unconstitutional prosecution by the federal government. Like it or not, it's part of the legal structure of our Republic.

The bill threatens law enforcement with criminal charges to prevent them from assisting their brother and sister federal officers in enforcing federal laws that may or may not be coming. Forcing them to violate their oath to "uphold the Constitution of the U.S." Goes too far!!

@dannycarrollky The 9th & 10th Amendments to the US allows states to nullify Federal law in certain circumstances. The founders did this on purpose.
