@LTKnS @GregLehman There is always load, agree. But the way i see it is the 'capacity' to tolerate load rather than just load in itself. Regardless of kyphosis etc. The hard bit sometimes is why that capacity shifts for an unknown reason. Thanks for your reply and sorry if I got on my high 🐎...🤭

@DannyGubbins @GregLehman Oh and why it doesn’t mention pain is because my brain always attempt to go to basic root first (objective) then layer the discussion from there. I was pulling from @GregLehman talking about load and no load as it relates to pain. But, isn’t there always a load?

Like most I think pain/injury occurs when loads exceed our tolerance. I know it’s simplistic though. For the past month I’ve had some bad shoulder pain but for the past 2.5 months I’ve done no gymnastics or shoulder work. :) Moral: it’s not just about load

@LTKnS @GregLehman Where does that article mention pain? @GregLehman asked why and you reply with a pretty immature answer. Explain correlation between thoracic kyphosis and shoulder pain and you might get a good debate going...then we can learn from each other. Call me old fashioned but...
