So in theory, I have some kind of reflux. For ~2 months I've been PPIs, and they do seem to make symptoms better, BUT both before and since I'm on medication, standing and walking makes things worse than sitting and laying, even though the opposite is supposed to happen. Confused

This is honestly heartbreaking. I don't watch much Tech content these days but Madison's debut building a PC on LTT remains a hilarious video, and it's painful to see what it ended up leading to. Feeling like self-mutilation is your only chance at a day off is indescribable.
