@TheRAC_UK phoned at 11am and was given a slot of between 430pm & 7pm which I thought was bad enough, now updated to 7pm to 9pm. I live in South Birmingham not the South Pole !!!

@Debenhams still waiting, 6 weeks since you said you'd be in touch, In the meantime, a scammer posing as Debenhams refunds on WhatsApp,has took me for over £1700, which wouldn't of happened if you'd been in touch when you said you would, or delivered the item on the date agreed

@Debenhams disgraceful service, over a month ago on the WhatsApp service was told customer services would be in touch (5 weeks and still waiting)
Just used WhatsApp again, told i would be transferred to an agent for further assistance and guess what ? ......nothing again
