everyone is being extra weird about this but like, in 90% of professions your nipples should not be protruding through your shirt. you probably *do* need to wear a bra to work. i envy people with jobs where nipples are an acceptable accessory but in most workplaces that’s not the case and i don’t understand how that’s controversial

@fire_starter457 10 commandments and prayer doesn't take money away from one kid's family to redistribute to another's though. Everyone needs to pay for their own meals. Nothing is free in life.

You might not like to hear it but free school breakfast and lunch will do more for educating children than the 10 Commandments or prayer in school.

@emilykmay When you choose a part time job but make a full time salary.... I dont think you can complain. Want more money.... go work a job in the real world where you dont get -spring break -fall break -winter break -summer break -vacation -holidays -weekends -personal days -etc

whenever we have conversation about teacher pay, I think we forget that even though most teachers aren't paid particularly well, there are states where it's shockingly abysmal. in my county in NC, you cap out at about ~$60k....after 25+ years of teaching.
