The Italian investor visa might be Europe's most underpriced residency pathway right now. €250K minimum, 3–6 month approval, and you only invest after the visa is approved. Most people miss the strategic angle: - No physical residency requirement to maintain it - Schengen access from day one - Renewable indefinitely while investment remains active - Four pathways: government bonds, startups, philanthropy, or SMEs The setup most don't consider (I also didn't until a client mentioned it): use the Schengen access to stay 60 days in Cyprus. Establish non-dom tax residency there at 0% on foreign income. Keep your Italian residency valid. You get EU mobility and potentially also optimal tax setups, beyond Italy. That's the optionality few programs offer at this price point. We're hosting a webinar covering the Italian Investor Visa and the Italian flat tax in-depth with our immigration lawyer. A shocking claim from an NHS whistleblower: Nurse: “We have no choice, we’re told to do it, we have to do it.” According to the whistleblower, nurses and doctors are being instructed to prioritize migrants over British citizens, leaving locals to wait weeks or even months for critical healthcare. Questions are mounting about policy, fairness, and accountability in the UK’s healthcare system, should access be equal, or are some getting preferential treatment?

Recently, I was able to board a flight from a certain country to London and upon getting to the check in counter, I was told that there was a problem. They couldn’t board me because according to them, my UK visa (even though it was months from expiry) was no longer valid.

FINALLY, SOWORE JOINED THE LEAGUES OF NIGERIANS WHO BELIEVED PETER OBI WON THAT 2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION... According to him, he would have been among those at the forefront of the protest if Peter Obi was ready to die for his mandate like Abiola. Anyway, I appreciate the wisdom of Peter Obi, he who fights and run away live to fight another day. Where is MKO today?

The UK spends roughly £6 million per day, around £2 billion a year on hotel accommodations for “failed asylum seekers.” That is the responsibility they now want to hand over to Nigeria after praising Nigerian jollof. This same offer was made to Afghanistan, Eritrea, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, etc, and they all rejected. Now, out the £2b a year the UK will be saving from this deal, they offered Nigeria £746 million to refurbish two ports in Lagos. As part of the agreement, nearly half of the £746 million will go to British firms in supplier contracts. The British steel industry, which the Uk government admitted was suffering, will use this opportunity to rejuvenate. When the ports are done, the UK will control Nigeria’s exports until that money is paid back. Yes, it’s a loan. This is what Tinubu, his wife, son and Tiwa Savage have gone to negotiate for Nigeria.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Why the world's most powerful navy can't just "take" a 30km waterway A warship in the Strait is a sitting target, attackable from land, sea, and air with only seconds to react. Lose one ship and a multi-billion dollar asset blocks the very lane you're trying to open. But the real problem is insurance. Thousands of tankers aren't stuck because they can't pass. They're stuck because no one will cover the risk. Iran doesn't even need to necessarily control Hormuz... it just needs to make everyone afraid to use it. Source: @CBCNews
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🇮🇷 The Strait of Hormuz is basically dead right now Only 4 ships squeezed through in the last two days: 3 empty crude tankers + 1 LPG carrier, all sanctioned, all one-way east-to-west. Normal traffic? Dozens every single day. Now it’s a ghost lane.

The most destructive weapon in human history ⚠️; the Nuclear bomb Watch what happens when it detonates over a city Mind you, some nuclear warheads that exist today are 1,000 times more powerful than the Atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945 (81 years ago), killing about 80,000 people instantly, human beings at ground zero instantly turned to dust, vaporized & obliterated Sometimes I ask myself, was this creation of Armageddon necessary?! However, as sad & painful as it sounds, it literally ended world war2, and nuclear technology has given mankind one of the most stable forms of energy to power homes and businesses Anything that can be used for good, may also have a use for carnage & destruction 🤦🏻‍♂️
