Yeah, you're right.Wrestling is subjective and everybody has their point of view, but also at the same time.It's kind of like if you cook a fire ass steak but if nobody's hungry, it doesn't hit the same, you know what I mean. But at the same time matches that don't really have any meaning to it are usually very skippable, until somebody brings it up in a video or Twitter of 2 years ago on this day. So-and-so had a good match. Nobody's gonna really remember it again. Unless it's brought up, why do you think there's so much other stories? And wrestling matches to this day that is still being talked about. Because if you think that's what collision is for and nothing else, like i said again your basically getting Rampage without the name. The end of the day, it's subjective and you were missing j.D's point

Quickly- I don't normally check out #AEWCollision live on Saturday due to the timeslot and what I have going on in my life, but I have checked out the past two weeks on Sunday evenings. Both episodes were very, very good, and in my opinion, have a completely different feel than #AEWDynamite in a good way. A ton of younger talent, really solid matches, and storyline development. I'd personally love them to change the timeslot, but if the network wants it on Saturdays then.... #AEW

hear you, but you kinda proving the point lol. If it’s just ‘good wrestling, no story’ then what separates it from something like Rampage? At some point you need stakes or it don’t mean much. Good wrestling alone ain’t the issue. It’s when there’s no reason to care who wins. Without story or stakes, even great matches feel like filler after a while

I get what you're saying about wwe contracts not always being honored, and yeah that part is true. But acting like this is only a WWE problem is kinda unfair. This happens in every company.
At the end of the day, a guaranteed contract doesn’t automatically mean it’s a better situation. You can be getting paid and still be miserable if you’re not being used. In wrestling, visibility is everything. If you’re sitting at home or stuck in catering, your momentum dies and that messes with you mentally too.
We’ve seen it happen in AEW as wellpeople locked into deals but barely on TV. Yeah they’re getting paid, and they do have the ability to work indies but what’s the point if they’re not doing what they love or building their name?
So it really goes both ways.

When wwe signs you to a contract, they can cut you without honoring the agreed time frame of the contract . Sometimes burning a company that could provide you several guaranteed years of employment (ex. Aew, njpw) for a wwe conttact that can cut you in a year of a 3 year contract might not be worth it. The good bros. Signed a big contract & wwe didnt honor it is a good example. Aleister black was employed by aew for 3 years & only got 1 year out of a wwe contract Jeff cobb left njpw & only got 1 year out of wwe.

Is a very interesting one. The fact that he's been there for so long. I probably didn't want to go, especially because of how long he's been there (comfort zone) but also, at the same time, this is just me speaking. But I think he did have in the back of his mind, that he wanted to leave and take a chance and do what he wanted to do, especially after they botched that heel turn and didn't do much at all. But was getting paid well and again, comfortability but after what just happened this gave him the window for the right time To be, if I don't leave now, I might never leave. This was not easy, xavier woods.
I know this wasn't easy for him. But I know that they mess up on a lot of opportunities for him to break out in his own. But I know at the end of the day for him, he's good.No matter what
