@nickcox10 I’ve finally spoken to a member of staff at the owls shop. A refund will be issued in the coming days. Not sure how that leaves the scenario of the kits being sold out. My 12 will be somewhere waiting to be sold!!!

@nickcox10 Yes same has happened to me this morning. 2 arrived, 12 not arrived. £835 owed. No-one yet to correspond with me about why others haven’t been sent or offering me a refund. No-one answers phone calls either

@swfc That’s because your website is shocking and crashed all the time. Through default whilst trying to order 2 I’ve ended up with 16!!!!!!! I never got confirmation that the two in my basket were purchased and I kept resubmitting the form!!!!
