@helyearelyea I feel this. Started jogging 2 miles 3 times a week with a heart rate of 170+. Ive been at it for over a month and I’m currently jogging 4 miles now with my heart rate steadily dropping down to the 150’s. It’s incredible to see and feel your body improve. Keep at it!!! 💪
