private key theft is not the same as a protocol hack. drift protocol was not hacked. 2 keys were obtained by the attacker. 2 possible options: - people on the team got hacked and had the seed phrase stored digitally somewhere. - people on the team are the attacker. likely the former, because us humans cant resist putting seed phrases on internet connected digital storage.

我每天会监测的健康数据 1、步数。《柳叶刀·公共卫生》杂志在2025年8月的一篇论文也指出，每天5000-7000步，可以显著降低全因死亡率，心血管疾病、抑郁、二型糖尿病、老年痴呆等症状。 所以我出差的时候，如果步数不够，也会在高铁上原地踏步走几千步。 2、睡眠。健康成年人一般每天睡眠时间应该在6-10小时。我要求自己睡到7小时以上。我个人通常深睡时间在2小时左右（各个手表测量并不一致，仅做参考）。良好的睡眠是恢复体力、提高免疫力等的黄金时间。 3、心率。跑步时最好不要超过自己的极限心率，简单算法，220-年龄=你的极限心率。我一般运动时控制自己的心率在140以下。 静息心率可以反应你的健康状况，一般有疾病、炎症时，心率会加快，我平时静息心率在55-60之间，而感冒、发烧时会达到70左右。法国有一项长期研究，成年男性静息心率每增加10次/分钟，全因死亡率增加20%。我三年前的静息心率是65左右，但经过几年的锻炼，静息心率大概下降了5次/分钟。 4、HRV，又叫心率变异性。指的是逐次心跳间期的微小波动，反映自主神经系统（交感 + 副交感）对心脏的调控能力，这个数值一般越高越好。 举个例子，两次心跳之间的间隔，比如一次是 1.00 秒，下一次可能是 1.05秒，那这次心率变异性就是50毫秒。我昨晚监测到的HRV就是50。 我在生病期间，就会发现数值降低，比如我前两天嗓子疼，感觉不好，HRV就只有34。一般运动后比较劳累，或者情绪焦虑，生病，都会降低心率变异性。这个数值和静息心率能同时反应身体的状况。如果静息心率变高、HRV降低，那就不应该大量运动或者劳累工作，而是应该放松休息。 5、体重。每天测体重，是提醒自己注意身体指标，如果重了，那就适当减少摄入量。 6、体脂率，尤其是内脏脂肪率，以及肌肉量。这个我不是每天都看，一般一两周会看一次。人在30岁后，肌肉会持续流失，而肌肉能调节血糖，保护脆弱的骨骼，越是年纪大，越是要锻炼出肌肉。跑步之类不能增加肌肉，需要做力量训练。 7、我血糖不高，但血糖控制最重要的是不要剧烈波动，用动态血糖仪测一下血糖波动很有必要，我打算监测一下。 以上大部分数据运动手表就可以测量。
