@AdeoluSavage @freakin_snow More reason why no guy will want to intentionally put himself in that equation. Because sincerely, she will always meet those that are far wealthier than on almost every 2 market days

@freakin_snow That profiling of real estate’s professionals is crazy. The painful part is that they get advances on daily basis making it worse. A lady has to be very strict in that profession

My friend went on a date with this guy she’s been talking to. He took her to expensive restaurant in the city. After ordering about 80k food and drinks, the guy asked her what she does. She told him that she’s into real estate. Immediately the guy switched and said he can’t do anything with a real estate agent based on what he’s heard about them. He concluded that many women in real Estate are high profile runs girls who sleep around with rich men to meet targets. He refused to pay for her food and only paid his own which was about 30k. When he stood up to live, she called the waitress attention and told her to get the food bills from the guy. He later paid the 80k for her food and she blocked him every where. Imagine what women go through due to stereotyping

@Vicyndysimipeal @Awaygoall This is actually not about Iranu for real. This is about Integrity and Peace, but most importantly about responsibility. I believe they actually don't have pressing need for that money. Cos, a man must always do what he gotta do.

We did it at the same stadium, against the same team, and in less than 30 minutes last season, so why can’t we do it in 90 minutes this season?

@samreignz After 2022 Dec, I lost all emotional attachment to football and Barcelona...don't get me wrong, when we win,I'm excited, but the losses don't bother me anymore... Hope the team gets better, but football is just like wrestling to me now... Btw, Messi IS THE F-ING GOAT!

Lamine Yamal and 10 others… we’ve seen this script before. You really think it was normal that Messi only dominated three UCL titles despite being in his prime for over a decade? That wasn’t ordinary — that was failure at the highest level. Because how do you have a player like Messi — a once-in-a-lifetime talent, someone who was consistently the best player in the world — and you only maximize three Champions League wins out of that era? It doesn’t add up. And before anyone says “UCL is hard to win,” of course it is. But when you’re that dominant for that long, you’re not supposed to keep falling short the way Barcelona did. Not with that level of talent. Instead, what did we see? Poor squad planning. Questionable signings. A lack of proper structure. An over-reliance on one man to carry everything. Year after year, Messi dragged that team through games they had no business surviving… only for everything to collapse when it mattered most. Rome. Anfield. Lisbon. Different years, same embarrassment. And the worst part? We all knew what was happening in real time, but nothing truly changed. Now fast forward… Lamine Yamal is here. Another generational talent. Another player who looks like he can carry the weight of the club for the next decade. And already, you can see the pattern forming again. The excitement. The dependence. The expectations being placed on shoulders that are still so young. It starts small — “he’s special,” “he’s the future,” “he’ll deliver.” Then before you know it, it becomes: “just give him the ball and hope.” We’ve been here before. And this is where the fear comes in… Lamine might not even win more than one UCL. Not because he lacks the quality, but because history shows that Barcelona can fail even the greatest talents when it comes to building a complete, balanced team around them. And don’t even get me started on accountability. For the last 10 years, it’s been the same cycle: New season. New signings. New hope. “This is our year.” Then reality hits. Same tactical issues. Same mental collapses. Same lack of control in big moments. And when it all goes wrong? Blame shifts everywhere except where it truly belongs. At some point, we have to stop romanticizing it and call it what it is. Wasted potential. Because one day, we’ll look back at Messi’s career again and realize even more how much was left on the table. And I just hope — genuinely — that when we get to that point with Lamine Yamal, we’re not saying the exact same thing. But right now? It’s looking like history is already writing itself again

Men don't see things in these lenses. It's not about the woman or what the man thinks of her but about the man & his own lack of boundaries & obsession with conquest. There are 2 kinds of men in this strata. Men who have the self discipline to stay away from married women no matter how hard their D gets and men who just don't care. The men who just don't care will move on any challenge, sweetie, even towards a nun sworn to God. The tougher the target, the sweeter his pursuit. . He doesn't see "a loose woman" he sees a challenge. Some of them will even seek out a devout virgin or a lesbian stud so they can be the one to ungay her. His brag to himself will be that his instrument is so prolific, it made a lesbian beg him for more. Like a crazed hunter seeking only the most unattainable prey. It is not that he considers the woman an easy target, it is infact the fact that she is a difficult and seemingly impossible one that fires up his desires. He sets his mind to her in the hopes that conquering her will add another notch to his belt. Such men derive their self esteem from sexual conquest. And like I said, he does not see the woman as a possible takeaway, he sees her as a tough mountain that he is ready to scale so that he can add another accoloade to his ego. What such men need, is to channel all this focus to some high stakes business like stock exchange or some creative endeavour? Because it takes a certain amount of idleness for a man with a great libido to become a hopeless seeker of unattainable women. Sometimes, a trauma wound from childhood can create this strange predilection in a virile man. It is well.

As a Wife, If a man flirts with you knowing you have a Husband, that is not a compliment. He is not seeing a great woman. He is seeing weak boundaries. He is not thinking, "She is special." He is thinking, "She can be taken." And the moment you entertain that attention, you are proving how easy it is to disrespect your Marriage. A man who openly crosses that line does not respect your Husband, But worse than that he does not respect you either.👂🏿🤌🏿

Rashford: He's almost like Bellingham. He has mastered the art of looking "busy" He has a good shot and pace, yes BUT Once he starts running, he doesn't know how to STOP and think!!!! And that's very crucial if you want to succeed at Barça (Pausa) It's why you see him running into opposition players, missing 1v1 chances He missed at least two big chances tonight. Fermin in those positions and the story might be different. ***For some reason, he's always content with winning a corner (EPL mentality)😭 I love him as a player, but keep that £30m for another player 🙏🏽

I attended a wedding last Saturday and I have not been the same since. My gender is truly evil. See eh, some information is not meant for everybody. There are things you hear that will just enter your brain and refuse to leave and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. I am a victim.

This is called a concealed roof. By this definition, it means you are hiding normal roofing sheets behind raised parapet walls. As a result, it does not need a high, steep slope like a traditional roof. This will make you spend less for timber and roofing sheets. Because the walls are high, they shield the roof completely. Strong storms cannot get under the sheets to lift them or blow them away. However, if we consider the Nigerian climate, where there is heavy downpours, there is a possibility that the roof will be boxed in. This is because rain water cannot just run off the edges freely like a normal pitched roof. It relies entirely on hidden internal gutters and pipes to drain out the water. This is where there is concern. If a few leaves or debris block those pipes, that boxed roof turns into a swimming pool. The scary part is you will not quickly know the water is trapped up there because the entire roof is hidden from your sight. And we all know water will always find its way. By the time you notice there is a problem, the water would have soaked into your walls, peeled your expensive paint, and ruined your POP ceiling. If you are going for this design, your plumber and your roofing carpenter must know what they are doing. If not, the future repairs will empty your bank account. Thank you for your attention.

I never knew extentions could be repaired till I saw my husband fixing it and it worked. My husband fixes the generator when it's faulty. He fixes the sockets. Blender and other electronics are not left out. This man fixes almost everything in the house and sometimes, I make jest of him that workmen won't see food to eat because of him. I'm so blessed. Shalom!

—Pure wingers (traditional wingers): Doku, Sane, Sterling, Jesus Navas, Nico Williams, Adama Traore, etc. —Wide creators: Messi at RW, Yamal, Olise*, Cherki, Wirtz. —Inside forwards: Ronaldo, Son, Salah, Mbappe, Vini, Raphinha —Inverted wingers: Saka, Mahrez, Di Maria A lot of them are hybrids anyway but wingers are usually PREDOMINANTLY one of the 4.

I have a male friend who doesn’t joke about me. Every time I share what I’m going through, he immediately looks for ways to help. He even invested in my business when I told him things had been rough. Recently, I lost my 9-5 remote job and told him about it. He started sending me loads of job applications to apply for, which I thanked him for. It’s been over a week now, and I haven’t called or texted him. Why? Because I know he’s going to ask how I’m doing, and I don’t want to lie. I just don’t want to keep talking about my problems. There comes a point when you need to know when to stop. Honestly, he’s not the type to complain about helping, but I can’t just keep unloading my struggles on him. And the crazy thing is, we can go days without talking, but this time, I’m intentionally keeping my distance because I know when enough is enough.
