We have had a HUGE preseason in the weight room!!! Our team has increased leg strength by 48.56% & upper body strength by 64.46% over a 12 week period. Absolutely insane results by coach @DarinArmour. He has done a fantastic job getting our guys bigger, faster & stronger!!
