People are obviously going to ask whether bias or assumptions influenced those decisions, especially when the visibly injured person ended up restrained. A teenager was stabbed to death in the street and the public deserves full transparency about the police response that followed. If serious mistakes were made, those responsible should be held accountable. But justice should be based on individual actions and facts, not hatred toward entire groups of people.
