A Wholesome Failure! JF 17 Fighter Jet has issues beyond quick fix solutions. According to Pentapostagma, design and Structural issues apart, JFs fail to adapt new missiles, and its radar is awfully underpowed bit.ly/3c8xTcV

Like it or not, 4.5-generation fighters will remain the workhorses of air forces throughout the next decade. Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) combined with 5th-generation platforms will certainly offer greater effectiveness, but that does not make 4.5-generation aircraft obsolete, they will be effective with loyal wingman. The real competition is increasingly shifting towards sensors, networking, electronic warfare, data fusion, and weapon guidance. In nutshell - A fighter’s combat value will depend as much on what it can see, share, and shoot as on its airframe generation or probably more.
