@Bull_DieselB I‘d say go for as low as possible then, if your goal is maximum tightness and desensitization. High cuts tend to turn out not as tight because of the less stretchy (and sensitive) inner skin.

@Bull_DieselB I prefer low cuts, but that’s up to you. I think the sensitivity loss is not as substantial with a high cut, if any at all. If I had to rate my sensitivity I’d say it’s like this: 100% before, 40% directly after healing very low and cut, 30% after a year, maybe 20% now after 7y
