Took off 5:45 direct to ATL from Wichita this morning. Diverted to Birmingham, land at 8:26. It’s been 5 hrs here in BirmVegas and not one @Delta agent has said a word as to when we might actually get to ATL. I get the fog….but the customer service is nonexistent.

Heaven gained an angel on Sunday night as my mom, Susan Valentine, passed away peacefully. She was a special lady who touched the hearts of everybody she met. She was my inspiration, my role model and molded me into the man I am today.
