@TFIupdates Please don't lie to me. I was never told it was running as scheduled. All I was told was that there was a "tracking issue". When I pressed the question, I was told it was being looked into. How is this considered acceptable?
@TFIupdates Last Friday 22/05/2025, I wanted to know if the 82 due to arrive at stop 2905 at 17:53 was running. I was told it was being "looked into" and I'd get an update. It's now been 4 days, the bus is long gone and I still have no update. Was this bus running!?

@TFIupdates The live info was incorrect and the bus due at 18:07 was clearly not tracking on your app. That is why I needed to tweet you. I would like to know why when I asked you about the next bus, you told me about one in 21 mins, but should have told me about the one in 5.
