@vrqstx @Bloxy_News If someone hacks into my account they will just buy clothes instead of transferring the robux to avoid the limit. So this limit is pointless either way.

@DarkusBlox @Bloxy_News When someone steals your account, they might use this Robux transfer feature if it had no limit ofc, putting a limit to it ensures not all your Robux are stolen, big accounts have suffered this, stealing millions of Robux through game passes

@waowyyy The issue is that if the receiver is not age verified or below 18 they can't claim the robux so the transfer is in pending meaning that you can't detect if the person donated

@DarkusBlox im thinking, what if you like track ho mucher user sent then right after if tbey hit the limit just, teleport them to the game of the player u want to donate to , u dont get money but it bypasses the send limit right?

I've been waking up and immediately getting to 3 hours of deep work on my games 6 AM to 9:30 AM ish within 5 mins of waking up. At the end, it feels extremely productive. Lots of work done, sun's out, brain has been stimulated doing coding. 10/10 experience.

Roblox is removing cross-game gamepass sales and forcing a $5/month requirement just to donate, with a 1,000 Robux monthly limit. This will kill PLS DONATE. PLS DONATE is built around cross-game gamepass sales, a system that’s free for players and has no limits. Removing it doesn’t just change things, it kills the game completely. I wasn’t made aware of this change before it was announced. No warning, no chance to give my input or feedback before they announce this change. I’ve been developing on this platform since I was 12 and have always loved making games on Roblox, so seeing something this impactful happen overnight without real consideration is genuinely upsetting. This means a lot to me and I’m really sad about this. The solution Roblox gave us is the Transfer API, which really isn’t a solution and still affects us heavily. It’s locked behind a $5/month subscription, capped at 1,000 Robux per month, and under-18 users require parental approval for EVERY SINGLE transaction. That completely changes the experience. If transferring Robux is going to be paid, gamepasses need to coexist. Removing them ruins everything and doesn’t stop bad actors from just purchasing through the site anyway. It doesn’t make sense. I really don’t want to build hatred toward this platform. I love Roblox and still believe in it, and if it truly cares about its developers, I’m sure there are better solutions that keep users safe without killing our game. @Roblox @DavidBaszucki

Roblox is disabling Cross-Game Sales and introducing the Transfers API unfortunately effecting big donation games such as pls donate Requirements are as listed. For Sending Robux Senders must have a Plus subscription If 18+ Sender needs to be age checked If under 18 They will need a linked parental account and must get parental approval for each transfer For Receiving Robux If 18+ The receiver needs to be age checked If under 18 They will need a linked parental account and must get parental approval for each transfer Plus subscription is not required for receiving Robux Developers can begin using the new API to test and integrate on May 4th and on May 29th Cross Game sales will be disabled.
