@amybetic My maternity team (MFM) took over my diabetes management when I was pregnant. My endo checked in a few times virtually but MFM took over for the most part. They had more aggressive goals than my endo.

Can you have #T1D & maternity care under different hospitals? My diabetes care is under a hospital 1 hour away from me, but I would prefer to have maternity services under a more local hospital. Not pregnant, just wondering if I’ll have to look at changing diabetes teams 😞

The difference in my sleep quality when my blood sugar is 140ish vs 100ish is crazy. The older I get the more intense this difference is too🤔

Shout out to diabetes camp & jdrf walks💕 seeing other kids with it helped a lot, however, I think seeing/meeting older people years into the t1d life helped even more.
