@RobManess Not all veterans are good people so therefore, yes fraud exists. Not all experiences are the same. Mine took 2.5yrs. I have a friend that was Air Guard with zero deployments and his rating came back after retirement in 4 months. His sleep apnea is higher than my knee injury.

I have a friend who was blown up twice and has severe PTSD, not to mention exposed to burn pits. Declined VA benefits multiple times over 2 decades. I think he finally got them after a long legal battle. I want to see the cases behind these numbers and investigations into those believed to be fraud but those trying to say the VA claims system easily gives ANY disability rating is full of crap and haven't lived that convoluted process.

One of the toughest things to do post football is finding comparable ways to compete like this. To fill that void. Your body may be broken. Different pains and ailments may exist. But that desire to compete doesn’t fall off like your body does. I miss this type of stuff.
