Liam Delap to Ireland? 👀 We’d planned on revisiting this topic soon but it’s now been said by Irish staff that they’ve not given up hope of Liam Delap donning an Irish jersey in the future! ☘️ People will have their own thoughts on this, but I’ve no issue with him coming on board if he wanted as he has very real Irish heritage (scroll to an interview with father Rory from 2014) “And with his parents — John from Letterkenny and Maura from Kells — he had a special Christmas, marvelling at John’s capacity to persuade his boys — aged 10, six and four — to declare their allegiance to Ireland. “They’ll listen to him quicker than they will me,” laughed Delap. “But you hope the importance of being Irish resonates with them. Imagine the best hash brown you’ve ever had and then X it by a thousand. Thin sliced potato and crisped bacon. Slow baked at 280f for 3 hours, pressed until chilled completely, sliced and fried in duck fat. The bacon seasons the entire thing with its sweetness and its smoke. These can be eaten with anything you’d like. I’ll put some thought into my garnish’s but here is a preview!

So in a nutshell, we have photo receptors in our eyes which send a signal to the brain to initiate production of melanin, which as you know protects the skin and an effect of that is we become more melanated (tanned). So when we wear sunglasses, we prevent that process from happening and that’s one of the main reasons people burn. So the main principles are we should be in the sun more often. One way we can reduce being burned is by sun gazing. Or basically going out into the sun early, whether sun ‘rise’ or super early before it’s too harsh. The eyes then initiate the melanin production, which has an effect on our hormones and links to vitamin D, TRY THIS IS WORKED FOR ME 🌞
