Based on the FBI presser, we can pretty much rule out the Kirk assassination being a professional "state level" or even terror group operation. > If it was a professional hit, the killer would have been in a vehicle being driven away under a minute after taking the shot. The rifle would not be recovered, unless is was 100% sterile and untraceable. > Here, the shooter left the building on foot, carrying the rifle, went into a neighborhood, and ditched the rifle in a "wooded area," possibly the one I circled. > The FBI says they have lots of clear video of the perp. I think he'll be arrested very quickly.
