@thediplomat200 We might not be able to see big stars in a season or two but the increment in salary cap wil eventually hlp in the growth of league. Players wil avoid to sign contrcts with shield teams. Thn thre's a mega auction before season 13, another increment of 20 cr wil be ice on the cake

@Darwesh_09 I agree with you on Salary Cap, but Australian players have contracts of 2-3 years already signed, and these are their domestic 4-day tournaments. Almost every single Australian youngster plays in SS tournaments.

This is best available window for PSL For those who says, Bring PSL to Feb-March window Australian player will not come to PSL due to Sheffield Shield commitments.

@CallMeSheri1_ It should move back to it's actual window. If PSL starts paying handsomly players will surely skip national duties. Few things to do 1. Move back to feb-march window 2. Increase salary cap 3. Improve grounds infrastructure. 4. Increase stadiums. There are plenty of things to do.

PSL 10 & 11 were held during the IPL window. From next year, PCB has the option to return to its usual February–March window. Both windows have equal pros and cons, such as player availability, viewership, commentary panels & weather. So, should the PCB permanently adopt the IPL window or go back to its usual schedule?

@TsMeSalman1_ The 100 will happen in August and it's draft is already done in March. That's how you plan things. Franchises and boards already knew the FTP. They can target players according to availability. And if you'll pay them handsomly they'll skip national duty. PSL needs better planing.

This year PSL successfully expanded to 8 teams and it was managed really well. Hopefully, by next year the two new franchises will be more established and attract bigger sponsors too. The auction for next season should happen as early as possible. Holding the PSL auction before the IPL auction will help franchises retain overseas players and give them clearer direction. If we shift the PSL window back to Feb-Mar, hopefully we can attract more big overseas stars as well. This year, many players opted for the IPL because our auction was delayed due to expansion, leaving little clarity around retentions. It's something PSL management should address moving forward.
