Kind of underutilized. I think he had so much more potential as a rival to Darkwing, but he’s only in like two to four episodes of even. Honestly want to see what a reboot could do for him lol. Also would personally want Bryan Cranston to voice him lol

He gets mollywhooped EASILY by the Fearsome Five. He’s just a duck with chainsaws and some explosives. The team would have actually turned on him anyways in Justice Ducks had Darkwing not intervened. Liquidator BODY BAGS him alone lol
