The work never stops! Now that our 10MW facility in Rio Grande City has been upgraded to meet Data Factory's infrastructure standards, our contractors are rolling up their sleeves once again to bring the additional 5MW online. Trenching, prepping concrete pads for transformers, and keeping the hustle alive — even through the night! Huge thanks to our dedicated team making it all happen.

Big milestone for Data Factory today! Phase 1 of Rockdale, adding 10 MW, is complete. Phase 2, adding another 10 MW to the site, is set for the end of 2025. We’re proud of this progress – and this is just the beginning !

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by collaborating with the board as well as our suppliers and partners to shape our long-term strategy. Responsibilities . Identify and pursue new business opportunities by identifying new markets, partnerships, and customer segments in both Bitcoin mining and HPC. . Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans to support growth initiatives. . Lead business development efforts for large-scale projects by overseeing new site acquisitions, joint ventures, and expansions. . Oversee client onboarding and long-term relationship management (hosting). . Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to support the company’s objectives. . Create and manage performance reports and KPIs for internal stakeholders. . Contribute to strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business strategy. . Lead and participate in strategic partnership discussions and negotiations. . Drive sustainability initiatives and promote them. Qualifications . Proven experience in the Bitcoin mining industry (experience in HPC data centers is a plus). . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). . Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills. . Experience in strategic planning and execution. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and stakeholders. . Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment. . Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. . Knowledge of the power grid and energy markets is a plus . Native English . French is a plus . US based Preferred Qualifications: . Experience working with renewable energy projects or energy-efficient data centers. . Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the cryptocurrency and energy sectors. .
