@Delta can you explain only having one check in desk open at #Heathrow T3 on NYE, but having 9 staff walking around to "help" people? I used the quotes because the "helpers" sent us to the wrong desks the first 3 times. Who's managing this?

Hey friends, please keep @DataOnWheels in your prayers. He's in the ICU now for sepsis, pneumonia, and a uti. They are going to move him to a larger hospital this evening with their ALS doctor team. It's a lot of wait and see at the moment, so updates will be pretty limited

Great start to #PASSDataSummit this morning! Data governance is often overlooked until it's too late. Everyone in this picture can go back to work on Monday with the knowledge to implement a governance strategy. Engagement levels were high, which is the best kind of feedback!
