@hellopeiying Not getting paid really sucks. Being constantly lied to without clear instructions on when you’ll be paid is even worst in my opinion.

The amount owed isn't substantial, but that's not the point. It's about principles. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how we feel. I wouldn't have taken to Twitter/X if they've resolved this the way they said they would. All we want is to be paid.

I've struggled with this for a while, but I think it is important people know. @BrownInstitute under @Columbia has owed @kontinentalist_ honorarium for over a year. 🧵
