Korra is genuinely one of the most gifted characters in the franchise and was severely hindered being locked away by the White Lotus which one of the biggest reasons she struggled early, and also why she had the highest potential to grow much faster. She was overtrained physically and underexposed to the real world, so when she finally steps out, she has to learn everything at once.

@qualquerpena Because it was absolutely an ass-pull. Katara was literally being trained to blood bend, and had the concept broken down for her. Toph's unique ability to "see" allowed her to recognize the components of "earth" that still exist in metal, and after hours she was able to bend it.

@Zoya_ki_batein I was diagnosed with PCOS at 12, however this wasn’t told to me until i was 17 and booked a GP appointment about my irregular periods, they wrote it down and NEVER TOLD ME!? there is more research into male pattern baldness than PCOS the leading cause of infertility in women!
