It's official today. I passed the School Leaders Licensure Assessment for school administrators and have accepted a position as a grade level dean at Belmont Ridge Middle School in Ashburn, VA...and I start immediately on Monday!

@mr_Alsheimer Ms. Bray, my 2nd grade teacher, who provided all students of color with the same access and was a radical teacher before our time that wasn't afraid to tell our history. Ms. Alvaro, my 5th grade teacher never made assumptions about learning and could see gifted in every student.
