I even work 4 day weeks (10 hour shifts) and I feel this. 10-20 minutes of quality control/data entry every hour, signing off on everyone’s work and organizing paperwork (5-10 minutes) and the rest of the time wandering around, making coffee, pissing, or sitting at my desk.
