BAT would not trade away both Oyo and Osun at the same time in his political calculations. For him to appear unbothered by what is unfolding in Oyo and to call GSM's bluff, he must be confident that AMBO will win in Osun. The AMBO movement is also gaining momentum and now appears to be on the front foot politically in the campaign run-in. An AMBO victory in Osun would balance out whatever happens in Oyo. Also, with AMBO as Governor of Osun State, BAT can still comfortably win both Oyo and Osun in the 2027 presidential electiona, even with Makinde on the ballot himself.

Seyi Makinde knows he can’t win the Presidential election in 2027, same reason Kwankwaso contested in 2023 is the same reason he is running too. Masked @officialEFCC operatives reportedly stormed a hospital in Akwa Ibom two days ago, brutalised a Professor of Medicine, and dragged him out of an ongoing surgery simply to verify a medical report. The victim is a Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery, reportedly the only specialist of his kind in Akwa Ibom State, and was in the middle of a life-saving procedure when these operatives invaded the hospital like thugs. This is not law enforcement. This is lawlessness, intimidation, and a disgraceful abuse of power. No agency that claims to uphold justice should endanger human lives, assault medical personnel, and disrupt surgery in such a reckless manner. The @officialEFCC must immediately explain this shameful conduct, and everyone responsible must be held accountable. A country cannot claim to respect the rule of law while armed operatives treat hospitals like crime scenes and doctors like criminals.

Elected under Labour Party for Enugu South-Urban State Assembly. Sent to Prison immediately he was sworn in as a representative. His Crime is where he comes from. They tagged him “osu” and the fact that an “osu” will never win an election in a local government where former Governor Jim Nwobodo and Former Senate President Ken Nnamani hails from. Every Judge that stood in his case has washed hands off one’s it’s time for judgement. It’s a case of political witch-hunt and everyone in Enugunis scared of the case because the Governor is directly involved. The Chief Judge of the state is equally compromised and has failed woefully in administering judgement. Barrister Bright Ngene has been at Enugu Prisons for 3 years now for a bailable offence. NBA tried to intervene but they developed cold feet. I guess @ChidiOdinkalu once tried but nothing because it’s political. Tyranny is the new norm in Enugu State and we must collectively end it.
